Services We Provide

Estonia VPS Server offers KVM virtual private servers hosted in a Tier III data centre in Tallinn, dedicated servers quoted on request, Remote Desktop access through Windows Server on a VPS, website hosting on a VPS and domain registration. Services are provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. Specifications for each service are those shown at the time of ordering or confirmed in a quote.

Acceptable Use of Our Estonian Servers

You are responsible for everything hosted on or sent from your services. You may not use them for activity that is illegal in Estonia or in your own jurisdiction, for sending unsolicited bulk email, for attacking or scanning other networks without permission, for distributing malware, or for hosting content that infringes the rights of others. Unlimited traffic is provided for legitimate use. We may suspend a service that threatens the stability of our network or that is the subject of credible abuse reports, and we will contact you through the client area where possible.

Billing and Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance for the billing period you choose. We accept cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Invoices are issued in the client area, and unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and later termination of the related service. Domain prices are shown at checkout and dedicated server prices are set in your quote.

Cancellation of Services

You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Once a service is terminated, its data is removed and cannot be recovered, so copy anything you need first. Domain registrations follow the rules of the relevant registry.

Backups and Your Data

With root or administrator access, you control the data on your servers. You are responsible for keeping your own backups in a separate location and for testing that they can be restored. Storage redundancy such as RAID protects against hardware faults but is not a substitute for backups.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep services available and secure, but we cannot be held liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability is limited as set out in the client-area terms.

Privacy and Cookies

We collect the account and billing details needed to provide and invoice your services and do not sell them. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies that make the site work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies".

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page and in the client area at control.serverslot.com, and continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
